A rich red undertone permeates the palette, evoking the earthy hues of worn stone and the first blush of springtime foliage. Against this somber background, delicate sprigs of gold-leafed greenery dance in an airy, weightless manner, their slender stalks reaching upwards towards a skyward blue that seems almost imperceptibly touched by black outlines.When enlarged to its substantial dimensions 44×48 the Baldachin from Tost begins to exert a profound spatial influence over its surroundings.
