Return eligibility
To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition and, where applicable, returned with its original packaging. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the information and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refund timing
Once a return is approved and received, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
