Curatorial Narrative In the anonymous creation “Lactosodine”, we find an exemplary embodiment of the Art Deco aesthetic, crafted during the tumultuous decades between 1910 and 1950. The linear brushwork employed by the artist imbues the landscape with a sense of geometric precision, reminiscent of the era’s fascination with machine-age modernity. However, it is in the subtle interplay between chromatic structure and atmospheric weight that “Lactosodine” reveals its true nuance.
